Development of an Application for Recording and Monitoring Student Attendance at Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School (Secondary)

บทคัดย่อ

      การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบและพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับบันทึกและติดตามการเข้าเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิต มศว ประสานมิตร (ฝ่ายมัธยม) และ 2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับการบันทึกและติดตามการเข้าเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสาธิต มศว ประสานมิตร (ฝ่ายมัธยม) ระบบดังกล่าวพัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษา Dart ร่วมกับ PHP, JavaScript และฐานข้อมูล MySQL มีการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของแอปพลิเคชัน โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน และการประเมินความพึงพอใจของแอปพลิเคชัน โดยผู้ใช้งานจริงจำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าแอปพลิเคชันมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก (????̅ = 3.80, S.D. =0.79) และผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (????̅ = 4.30, S.D. =0.70) แสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบสามารถตอบสนองการบันทึกและติดตามการเข้าเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยลดความผิดพลาด เพิ่มความรวดเร็ว และสนับสนุนการจัดการข้อมูลภายในโรงเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล                

Abstract

       This study is classified as research and development (R&D). The objective is to: (1) to design and develop a mobile application for recording and monitoring student attendance at Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School (Secondary), and (2) to evaluate its efficiency and user satisfaction. The application was developed using Dart, together with PHP, JavaScript, and a MySQL database. The application's efficiency was evaluated by five experts, while user satisfaction was assessed by sixty users. The results indicated that the application demonstrated a high level of efficiency (????̅ = 3.80, S.D. = 0.79) and a high level of user satisfaction  (????̅ = 4.30, S.D. = 0.70). These findings suggest that the developed application effectively improves the accuracy and speed of attendance recording and supports efficient information management for school administration.
