บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนและเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอบรมผ่านเว็บเรื่อง “การออกแบบการสอน” สำหรับอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต 2) ออกแบบเว็บฝึกอบรมเรื่อง “การออกแบบการสอน” สำหรับอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต 3) เพื่อประเมินผลการเรียนรู้การใช้เว็บฝึกอบรม เรื่อง “การออกแบบการสอน” สำหรับอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต 4) เพื่อประเมินระบบการใช้เว็บฝึกอบรม เรื่อง “การออกแบบการสอน” สำหรับอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต จำนวน 16 คน เนื้อหาของบทเรียนประกอบด้วยหลักการออกแบบการสอน ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นการวิเคราะห์ ขั้นการออกแบบ ขั้นการพัฒนา ขั้นการนำไปใช้ และขั้นการประเมินผล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียนและด้านเนื้อหา พบว่า ผู้เข้าอบรมขาดความรู้พื้นฐานที่จำเป็นด้านการออกแบบการสอน เนื่องจากเป็นอาจารย์ที่มีเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน มีภาระงานสอนค่อนข้างมาก แต่มีความรู้และทักษะการใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ค่อนข้างดี ส่วนด้านเนื้อหา พบว่า เป็นเนื้อหาที่มีลักษณะเป็นขั้นตอน สามารถเข้าใจและเรียนรู้ได้ง่าย
2. การออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บฝึกอบรมเรื่อง “การออกแบบการสอน” ออกแบบให้มีรูปแบบที่แบ่งเนื้อหาเป็นตอน ๆ แยกจากกัน ผู้เรียนสามารถเข้าถึงเนื้อหาจากหลายส่วน เน้นที่ความเรียบง่าย และความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต
3. ผลการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนและการประเมินเว็บฝึกอบรมเรื่อง “การออกแบบ การสอน”
3.1 ผลการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน พบว่า ผู้เข้าอบรมมีคะแนนก่อนและหลังเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 นั่นคือ ผู้เข้าอบรมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมหลังเรียนสูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมก่อนเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
3.2 ผลการประเมินเว็บฝึกอบรมเรื่อง “การออกแบบการสอน” พบว่า ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความพึงพอใจเว็บฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 4.78) เมื่อพิจารณารายละเอียดเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้านที่สอบถามดังนี้ ด้านเนื้อหา (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 4.90) ด้านการเข้าใช้ระบบ (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 4.88) และด้านการออกแบบ (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 4.57)
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze learners and content regarding the development of Web-Based Training, “Instructional Design Project,” for instructors in Rangsit University. The research also aims to create, the project. Additionally, it aims to evaluate system as well as the way of using and learning Web-Based Training, “Instructional Design Project,” for instructors in Rangsit University. The representative group in this research is 16 lecturers in Rangsit University. The main content consists of the principle of teaching design which have 5 steps ; Analyzing Step, Design Step, Developing Step, Applying Step, and Evaluation Step. The result of the research is as follow;
1. For Learner and Content Analysis, it is shown that basic essential knowledge for teaching design for participants are insufficient because they are proficient only in specific field. Additionally, participants are quite busy with teaching; however, they still have good computer skill. When look at the content, it manifests that the content is understandable and easy to learn.
2. For Web-Based Training Development, “Instructional Design,” the content is divided into different sections and learners can to access to various contents. Besides, it is simple and emphasizes the unique of the University.
3.Evaluation of Learners in learning and Web-Based Training Development, “Instructional Design,”
3.1 For the evaluation of learner, before and after training they have different statistic score at .01. It means that the learners have more average score after training than before they are trained which is significantly different in statistic.
3.2 For the evaluation of Web-Based Training Development, “Instructional Design,” it is appeared that learners have satisfaction for training in the excellent level (mean= 4.78). When closely consider in each aspect, it is shown that every aspects are in excellent level; Content Aspect (mean= 4.90), System Access Aspect (mean= 4.88), and Design Aspect (meab= 4.57).
