การพัฒนาแนวทางการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์เชิงรุกสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต
บทคัดย่อ
การเรียนการสอน ด้านทรัพยากรการสอน ด้านระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอน และด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต และ 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์เชิงรุกของมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้สอนและผู้เรียนออนไลน์ใน 3 สาขาวิชาคือ สาขาวิชานิติศาสตร์ออนไลน์ สาขาวิชาผู้นำสังคม ธุรกิจ และการเมืองออนไลน์ และสาขาวิชาการจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศออนไลน์ รวมจำนวน 291 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายคือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. ผู้สอนมีสภาพการสอนออนไลน์เชิงรุกภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.95) เมื่อพิจารณาในรายละเอียด พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านที่สอบถาม เช่น ด้านระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.41) ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.01)
2. ผู้เรียนมีสภาพการเรียนออนไลน์เชิงรุกภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( ค่าเฉลี่ย= 3.71) เช่นเดียวกับผู้สอน เมื่อพิจารณาในรายละเอียด พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านที่สอบถาม เช่น ด้านระบบบริหารจัดการการเรียนการสอน และด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ( ค่าเฉลี่ย= 3.70) ซึ่งพบในระดับมากที่เท่ากัน
3. แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์เชิงรุกของมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ ด้านกลวิธีในการเรียนการสอน จำเป็นต้องมีการใช้เทคนิคการระดมสมองเพื่อสรุปประเด็นความรู้และการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันของผู้เรียน มีการใช้รูปแบบสถานการณ์จำลองเพื่อทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิด การเรียนรู้และเข้าใจบทเรียนเพิ่มมากขึ้น และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนได้มีการประเมินผลงานของเพื่อนที่เรียนร่วมกัน ส่วนด้านทรัพยากรทางการสอน จำเป็นต้องมีเว็บท่าความรู้ที่รวบรวมแหล่งความรู้ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับผู้เรียน มีชุมชนการเรียนรู้ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนเข้าร่วมติดตามและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ตามความสนใจของผู้เรียน และมีกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลายตามความเหมาะสมกับคุณลักษณะของผู้เรียน
Abstract
The purpose of the study is 1) to study active online teaching and learning in the strategy of teaching and learning, in the teaching resources, in the teaching and learning management system, and in the teaching and learning activity of teachers and students of online program, Rangsit University. 2) To develop active online teaching and learning of Rangsit University. This research was a quantitative one by using questionnaire in order to collect data of instructors and learners online in three majors were 1. Majoring in law online. 2. Majoring in Leadership in Society, Business and Politics online. 3. Majoring in Information technology management online, total 262 people. Descriptive statistic for data analysis was frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result as follows:
1.There was an active online teaching in high level of instructors (= 3.95). When considering the detail, found that instructors’ teaching was at high level in every sides such as the teaching and learning management system and (= 4.41) and activity of teaching and learning (= 4.01).
2.There was an active online learning in high level of learners (=3.71) as well was instructors. When considering the detail, found that learners’ learning was at high level in every sides such as the learning management system and activity of teaching and learning (= 3.70) was found in the same high level.
3. Active online teaching and learning of Rangsit University has the detail as follows: teaching and learning require the use of brainstorming technique to summarize the knowledge and learning of learners. Moreover, imitative situation have been used to make learners more understand the lessons and learners could evaluate the work of their friends. For the teaching resources required educational website for learners and required learning community for learners to participate and to share interesting knowledge. Finally, there were various learning activities that appropriate to learners.
