บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษา ปัจจัยความสำเร็จด้านการสื่อสารและบทเรียนที่ดีในการพัฒนาเกษตรบนพื้นที่สูง กรณีศึกษา : โครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่สูงแบบโครงการหลวงห้วยเป้า ต.ทุ่งข้าวพวง อ.เชียงดาว จ.เชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย คือ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยและบทเรียนที่ดีในกระบวนการสื่อสารที่จะส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาเกษตรพื้นที่สูง เพื่อสามารถนำผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินงานด้านการสื่อสาร เพื่อพัฒนาเกษตรพื้นที่สูงให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของการดำเนินงานที่สูงขึ้น
วิธีวิจัยแบบ Mixed-Methods เพื่อได้ข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ในทุกมิติของกระบวนการสื่อสารซึ่งมีการเก็บแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสัมภาษณ์กลุ่ม และการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม
ผลวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยความสำเร็จด้านการสื่อสารและบทเรียนที่ดีในการพัฒนาเกษตรบนพื้นที่สูง ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านที่ 1 ผู้สื่อสาร ประกอบด้วย 1) เกษตรกร 2) ผู้นำชุมชน 3) นักวิชาการส่งเสริมและพัฒนา ด้านที่ 2 รูปแบบสื่อและกิจกรรมการสื่อสาร ที่จำเป็นจะต้องใช้การสื่อสารแบบสองทาง ซึ่งจากการวิจัยพบว่ากิจกรรมการสื่อสารที่เหมาะสม ได้แก่ การให้คำแนะนำในแปลง การศึกษาดูงาน และการจัดฝึกอบรม ตามลำดับ และสุดท้าย ด้านที่ 3 กระบวนการสื่อสาร ซึ่งจากงานวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการสื่อสารที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จอันเป็นบทเรียนที่ดี(Best practice) ได้แก่ 1) กระบวนการสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) การสื่อสารเพื่อถ่ายทอดนวัตกรรม และกระบวนการสุดท้าย คือ 3) การสื่อสารด้วยการสร้างแบบอย่างความสำเร็จหรือผู้นําทางความคิด
Abstract
The study of Communication Success Factors and Good Lessons in Highland Agriculture Development Case Study : Huai Pao Royal Project Highland Development Project Thung Khao Phuang Subdistrict, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province. This research aimed to study factors and good lessons in the communication process that will affect the development of highland agriculture. In order to be able to use the results of this research as a guideline for communication work to develop highland agriculture for higher efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Mixed-Methods is used to get complete information in all dimensions of the communication process, including questionnaires, in-depth interviews, focus group and participatory observation.
The results of the research revealed that communication success factors and good lessons for highland agriculture development consisted of 3 aspects: aspect 1, communicators consisting of 1) farmers, 2) community leaders and 3) academic support and development. Aspect 2, patterns of media and communication activities where it is necessary to use two-way communication. From the research, it was found that appropriate communication activities include giving advice onsite, study visit and training, respectively. Finally, third aspect is the communication process, which was found that the communication processes that influences success, which is a good lesson, are 1) participatory communication process 2) communication for diffusion of innovation and 3) communication by modeling success or thought leadership (Opinion leader).
