บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมนับเป็นประเด็นสำคัญประการหนึ่งในการบริหารจัดการองค์กรที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาห้องสมุดสีเขียวของ สำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต เพื่อให้บุคลากรและผู้ใช้บริการอยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม มีบรรยากาศที่ดีในการทำงาน และมีสุขภาพอนามัยที่ดี สำนักหอสมุดได้มีการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ อากาศ เสียง แสง ความน่าอยู่ และการเตรียมพร้อมต่อสภาวะฉุกเฉิน โดยมีแผนและแนวปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละด้าน รวมทั้งมีการกำหนดมาตรการต่างๆ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องและเหมาะสมต่อการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Abstract
Environmental management is one of the most critical issues in managing an environmentally friendly organization. This article aims to highlight the importance of environmental management in the green library development approach of Rangsit University Library. With the purpose to provide good atmosphere and healthy environment for library personnel and users, the library has managed the environment and safety in its 5 areas: air, sound, light, livelihood, and emergency preparedness. With plans and operational guidelines in each area Including standard and safety measures, the environment management can be consistent and appropriate for continuous operations.
