บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ เปรียบเทียบการใช้และปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนของนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มรัตนโกสินทร์ ตัวแปรที่ใช้ในการเปรียบเทียบ คือ สถาบัน ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย จำนวน 327 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบโควต้าตามสัดส่วนของจำนวนนักศึกษาแต่ละมหาวิทยาลัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มรัตนโกสินทร์ โดยรวมใช้สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ และใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์มากที่สุดการเปรียบเทียบการใช้แหล่งสารสนเทศ พบว่า นักศึกษาใช้แหล่งสารสนเทศที่เผยแพร่บนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตมากที่สุด การเปรียบเทียบการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ พบว่า นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจันทรเกษม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยาและมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครใช้หนังสือในระดับมากที่สุด นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนดุสิตใช้หนังสือบันเทิงคดีในระดับมากที่สุด นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาใช้วารสารสาขาการศึกษามากที่สุด ปัญหาในการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มรัตนโกสินทร์ ได้แก่ ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศไม่เพียงพอ และระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ขัดข้องบ่อย
Abstract
The research aimed to (1) study information use (2) compare it and (3) explore it’s problematic use by undergraduate students in the field of Early Childhood Education at Rajabhat Universities, the Rattanakosin Group.The research aimed to (1) study information use (2) explore its problematic use by undergraduate students in the field of Early Childhood Education at Rajabhat Universities, the Rattanakosin Group. The variables used in comparison are institutions. Using quantitative research methods. The survey research was conducted with 327 Early Childhood Educational students in the 5th year regular Bachelor of Education program at six Rajabhat Universities of the Rattanakosin Group who enrolled in the second semester of the academic year 2015. They were selected based on stratified random sampling according to the proportion of each university’s undergraduate students. The statistics used for data analysis were a percentages, means, standard deviation.
The key findings were as follows: The students from all universities used supplementary reading materials, general knowledge books, Encyclopedia of Education, Journal of Withayajarn, pamphlets, electronic database-Academic Search Complete-at the highest level. For the comparison of the use of information sources, it was found that the student respondents relied most heavily on online information sources. Regarding the information resources, additionally, Chandrakasem Rajabhat University students, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University students and Phranakhon Rajabhat University students used books the most. Suan Dusit University students used fictions the most, and Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University students preferred educational journals the most. Finally, the major problems faced by the students using the library and Information Technology Center of Rajabhat Universities, the Rattanakosin Group were related to the insufficiency of information resources and the connectivity related problems of the computer network system.
