บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินและพัฒนาตัวแบบความเหมาะสมของระบบสารสนเทศตามบริบทของงาน ผ่านทัศนมิติของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี ราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ ด้วยการประยุกต์ตัวแบบ Task-Technology Fit (TTF) เป็นกรอบในการวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนและเป็นผู้ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศต่างๆในการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน จำนวน 132 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานคือการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกส์พหุกลุ่ม ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ลักษณะงานและลักษณะของระบบสารสนเทศมีอิทธิพลต่อความเหมาะสมของระบบสารสนเทศกับงาน และความเหมาะสมของระบบสารสนเทศกับงานมีอิทธิพลต่อการใช้ประโยชน์จากระบบสารสนเทศ การทดสอบสมมติฐานทำให้ได้ตัวแบบอิทธิพลจำนวน 55 ตัวแบบ

Abstract
This research was a quantitative research aimed at evaluating and developing models of task- information system fit via the support personnels’ perspectives at Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi. Task-Technology Fit (TTF) was used as a framework for the research. The questionnaires were used as tools gathering data from the 132 samples who were the support personnels and used information systems in their daily works. Received questionnaires returned by all respondents (100.00%). A Statistic used in hypothesis testing was multinomial logistic regression analysis. The hypothesis test found that task characteristics and information system characteristics influenced the Task-Technology Fit (TTF); and the TTF influenced the system utilization. The test generated 55 influencing models
