A Model Strategy Process Setting of PhranakhonRajabhat University
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร 2)ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อลักษณะยุทธศาสตร์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร 3)พัฒนารูปแบบการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครที่เป็นไปตามการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ที่ดีและมีความเหมาะสม การวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการตีความสรุปประเด็นการศึกษาด้วยการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหาโดยวิธีการแบบสามเส้า 2) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 249 คนวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอาจารย์, สาขารัฐประศาสนศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ลักษณะยุทธศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร โดยภาพรวมมีวัตถุประสงค์ระบุสิ่งที่ต้องการให้เกิดขึ้นอย่างชัดเจน
2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อลักษณะยุทธศาสตร์ 1) การเตรียมความพร้อมในการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการศึกษาความคิดเห็น ความคาดหวัง ความต้องการและการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 3.91)2) การตัดสินใจกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ ด้านการกำหนด วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 3.38)
3. รูปแบบการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครที่เหมาะสมควรให้ความสำคัญกับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกภาคส่วนทั้งในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการวิเคราะห์องค์กรและสภาพแวดล้อม การมีส่วนร่วมการกำหนดทางเลือก การมีส่วนร่วมกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์และจากการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในทุกด้านก็จะส่งผลให้มียุทธศาสตร์ที่ดี
Abstract
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study strategic manner of the PhranakhonRajabhat University 2) to study factors that affect the strategy of the PhranakhonRajabhat University 3) to study format definition strategic of the PhranakhonRajabhat University. According to the definition good strategic and have a suitability. The research is divided into two parts. 1) The qualitative research using interviews in depth from an important Informant. The Data analysis qualitative by the method Triangulation2) The research methods is the Quantitative Research use questionnaire the sampling was in 249 persons, process determine the strategic with statistics percent, average and the Standard Deviation
The results study :
1. The strategic manner of thePhranakhonRajabhat University the overview have objective is to identify what needs to happen differently.
2. The factors that affect to the strategy manner : 1) The preparations readiness to determine strategic The opinion, expectations, demand and the administrator has average maximum at a high level (mean : 3.91) 2)The decisions determine strategic about the determine vision, mission has a average maximum at a moderate level (mean : 3.38)
3. The strategic manner of the PhranakhonRajabhat University should be a priority with the participation of the personnel in all sectors. Both the participation in organization analysis and environment. The participation in determination optional. The participation in determination strategic and participation of personnel in all sides will be a result in a great strategist.
