Needs and Uses of Information Resources of Health Science Instructors of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University
บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการ การใช้ และปัญหาในการใช้ทรัพยากรสาร-สนเทศของอาจารย์กลุ่มวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ตลอดจนเปรียบเทียบ ความต้องการและการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศในด้านรูปแบบของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ จำแนกตามคณะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์กลุ่มวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2550 จำนวน 222 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) จากการวิจัยสรุปผลได้ดังนี้
1. ความต้องการ และการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของอาจารย์กลุ่มวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพในทุกด้านได้แก่ ด้านเนื้อหาของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ด้านรูปแบบของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ด้านความทันสมัยของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศและด้านภาษาของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ พบว่า อาจารย์มีความต้องการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2. ปัญหาการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของอาจารย์กลุ่มวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพในทุกด้าน ได้แก่ด้านผู้ใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ด้านแหล่งทรัพยากรสารสนเทศและการให้บริการ และด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศพบว่าอาจารย์มีปัญหาการใช้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความต้องการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศด้านรูปแบบของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของอาจารย์กลุ่มวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ พบว่า อาจารย์คณะเทคนิคการแพทย์และคณะกายภาพบำบัด มีความต้องการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
ผลการเปรียบเทียบการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศด้านรูปแบบของทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ พบว่า อาจารย์ในคณะต่างๆ มีการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เป็นรายคู่ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์และคณะแพทย์แผนจีน อาจารย์คณะเภสัชศาสตร์และคณะกายภาพบำบัด อาจารย์คณะเภสัชศาสตร์และคณะแพทย์แผนจีน อาจารย์คณะเทคนิคการแพทย์และคณะกายภาพบำบัด อาจารย์คณะเทคนิค การแพทย์และคณะแพทย์แผนจีน อาจารย์คณะกายภาพบำบัดและคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อม และอาจารย์คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์และสิ่งแวดล้อมและแพทย์แผนจีน
Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the needs, uses, and problems in using of information resources of instructors in Health Science disciplinary of Hauchiew Chalermprakiet University. The comparative study of the needs and uses of information resources in term of formats of information resources according to their faculties was also included. In this study, the sample group was 222 instructors in the year 2550. Questionaries were used to get the required information and the obtained data was analyzed by Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and the analysis of One- Way ANOVA. The results of this study could be summarized as follows:
1. Needs and uses of information resources of instructors in Health Science disciplinary in respect to a) the content of information resources, b) formats of information resources, c) currency of information resources, and d) language of the information resources, were at a moderate level in all mentioned respects.
2. Problems in using information resources of instructors in Health Science disciplinary in terms of a) the users, b) the information resources, and c) the University Library and its services, were at a moderate level in all mentioned aspects.
3. When compared the needs of information resources in term of formats of information resources of the instructors in Health Science disciplinary according to their faculties, the significant difference of needs at the level of 0.05 was found between the Faculty of Medical Technology and the Faculty of Physical Therapy.

uses at the level of 0.05 were found between the Faculty of Nursing and Faculty of Chinese Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy and Faculty of Physical Therapy, Faculty of Pharmacy and Faculty of Chinese Medicine, Faculty of Medical Technology and Faculty of Physical Therapy, Faculty of Medical Technology and Faculty of Chinese Medicine, Faculty of Physical Therapy and Faculty of Public Health and Environment and Faculty of Public Health and Environment and Faculty of Chinese Medicine.
