Information System Development for Research Management at The Research and Development Institute, Suratthani Rajabhat University

บทคัดย่อ

          งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิจัย สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี และ 2) ประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ การบริหารงานวิจัย สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา เจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา และผู้ประสานงานวิจัยระดับคณะ จำนวน 12 ราย เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ความต้องการระบบและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานดังกล่าวในการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศการบริหารงานวิจัย ซึ่งระบบสารสนเทศครอบคลุมการทำงาน 4 ระบบย่อย ได้แก่ ระบบนำเข้าข้อมูล ระบบประมวลผลข้อมูล ระบบแสดงผลลัพธ์/รายงาน และระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย   

          ซอฟต์แวร์ที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบ ได้แก่ โปรแกรมแซมป์ โปรแกรมวิชวลสตูดิโอโคด โปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล โปรแกรมเว็บเบราว์เซอร์ ฯลฯ และใช้ภาษาเอชทีเอ็มแอล เวอร์ชัน 5 และพีเอชพี เวอร์ชัน 7 การออกแบบส่วนต่อประสานกับผู้ใช้และการออกแบบหน้าจอเชิงตอบสนอง เลือกใช้เฟรมเวิร์กบูตสแตรปและเทมเพลตสำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน และนำไปใช้งานได้จริงถูกต้องตามกระบวนการบริหารงานวิจัย ผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจภาพรวมทั้งหมดของระบบอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ระบบประมวลผลข้อมูล ระบบแสดงผลลัพธ์/รายงาน และระบบนำเข้าข้อมูล อยู่ในระดับดี 

Abstract

         The objectives of this research were to 1) develop an information system for research administration. Research and Development Institute Surat Thani Rajabhat University;  2) evaluate the satisfaction with the use of the research management information system of the Research and Development Institute of Suratthani Rajabhat University. The sample group consisted of executives and staff of the Research and Development Institute, and Faculty Research Coordinator in total of 12 people. Qualitative data were collected by interviewing system requirements and quantitative data were collected by evaluating the satisfaction of such users in using the research management information system. The information system covers 4 sub-systems, namely, data import system. data processing system Result/Report System and security system. Software used in system development, including SAMP, Visual Studio Code. MySQL database management program Web browser programs, etc., and use HTML version 5 and PHP version 7. User Interface Design and Responsive Screen Design Choose from bootstrap frameworks and ready-made templates. The results of the research found that the developed information system can meet the needs of users and can be used in practice according to the research management process. The overall satisfaction of the users of the system was at a good level. When considering each item, it was found that the users were satisfied with the security system the most at a very good level, followed by the data processing system, Result/Report System, and data import system were at a good level.
