บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบเก็บข้อมูลการประเมินคุณภาพการสอนของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ เพื่อใช้ประกอบในการเสนอขอกำหนดตำแหน่งวิชาการของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขั้นตอนการศึกษาเริ่มจากการวิเคราะห์ระบบงานเดิมและศึกษาปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ทำการศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ออกแบบระบบงานใหม่ และพัฒนาระบบ โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Access เพื่อจัดเก็บข้อมูลผลการประเมินคุณภาพการสอน หลังจากประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ปฏิบัติงานต่อการใช้ระบบงานใหม่พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก สามารถลดขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ซ้ำซ้อน ช่วยให้การสืบค้น ติดตามเอกสารมีความรวดเร็ว ทำให้เกิดการทำงานที่เป็นระบบ และมีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น
Abstract
This study aims to develop a data collection system to assess the educational performance of academic staff. The teaching and assessment results are used to propose Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital's academic position, Mahidol University. The study process begins by analyzing the original work system and studying the issues. Begin by examining the requirements of users to design new techniques and develop them using Microsoft Access. The program is provided to store information about the results of the teaching evaluations. After evaluating satisfaction by completing the worker interview, it turned out that there was an exceptional level of satisfaction. This program can reduce redundant workflow, allow document tracking, and be faster, creating more systemic and effective operations.
